Meditation techniques simply involve a process of transforming yourself, your thoughts, and recognizing the negative thoughts, and changing them into positive and peaceful thoughts.

Meditation is a form of stress management that will allow our mind to experience an oasis of peace and love within our heart and mind.

Meditation makes you to live longer to meditate more. Meditation builds platform for a healthy lifestyle.

Meditation neutralizes emotions into the state of bliss & nirvana.

A simple meditation technique
To do Meditation, the first thing is Posture.
You can sit in any posture. Your posture must be comfortable and stable.
You can sit either on the floor or on a chair.
Cross your legs.
Clasp the fingers.
Close your eyes gently.
Relax.
Relax your legs.
Relax your abdomen.
Relax your stomach and chest.
Relax your hands and fingers.
Relax your neck, chin, eyelids and forehead.
Now, your whole body is relaxed.
Observe your normal breath.
Do not chant any mantra. Do not think of any God. Just witness the breath.
If any thoughts come, discard it.
Do not go behind the thoughts nor negate the thoughts.
Just come back and observe the breath.
Witness the breath. Become the breath.
This is the way.
You will reach the meditation state.
You have to do meditation for at-least the number of minutes equal to half your age.
